First, a little background info about myself. My name is David Hepler,
and I currently live in Munich, Germany. I was born and raised in Texas. I have
spent at least some part of the year in Europe since 1994, except for one year.
In 2000 I lived in southern Germany for 9 months. I moved back in May 2001, and
have been here since.I have been living in Munich since the middle of January, 2004.
In February, 2004 I started working for a company called
ADA, Das SystemHaus as a Systems Engineer.

Have you ever wondered how different web pages get started? Well, maybe not,
and in that case you might as well skip this section. For those that are interested,
please read on! I purchased www.hepler.org in the summer of 2000, with the intention
of getting it up and running within a few months. One year later I finally got around
to finding a web host that I could afford. This page has been on the net since the Fall
of 2001. I did not really update the page between late 2002 and July 2005. In July, I
redesigned the picture pages to make them easier for me to add pictures later on. I then
started adding, you guessed it, new pictures!
